Thank Goodness I’m a Country GirlThey say you can take the girl out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the girl. My friends who know me know that I still have that part of my closet dedicated to that part of my life where life was so simple and where my roots still guide me every day. One of my mentors once told me that she thinks when the going got tough I was able to slow everything up in my mind and break things down into simplicities of life.
